Burr Pest Control’s Healthy Home Maintenance Plan includes four services per year approximately three months apart. In the Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter, we will do a thorough inspection of your home and after taking all environmental situations into consideration, set up a pest management plan specific to your needs. This includes interior and exterior service until all problems have been resolved inside. Once the interior issues have been resolved, we will maintain a perimeter treatment around the exterior. This service creates a barrier around your home in order to help prevent any invaders from crossing the threshold into your home. We will always call you before we come just in case you have any concerns about the interior. Every Winter, we will schedule both an interior and exterior service in order to make sure we are able to check for any signs of activity that may be going unnoticed.
If the occasional invader does gain access to your home, simply give us a call and we will set a date and time for a service at your convenience so that we can treat both the interior and the exterior. If you are not having any problems on the inside, then we will make one more phone call two days before we come and we’ll treat the exterior only. You do not even have to be home! In the Winter, we will definitely want to inspect the inside of your home in order to make sure everything is going well.

We will inspect for evidence of rodent activity and after taking all environmental situations into consideration, set up a rodent management plan specific to your home. When we come to do your regular general pest control service, we will monitor for activity and reevaluate the plan in order to solve your rodent issues.
This plan includes the same day 365 year round guarantee that our Healthy Home Maintenance Plan does as long as you continue our services every three months. With this plan, if you see general pest or rodent activity in between your regular services, just give us a call and we will come out at no additional charge to you.
Healthy Home Maintenance Platinum Plan Features:

Plus: • Asian Beetles • Boxelder Bugs
Burr Pest Control’s Healthy Home Maintenance Platinum Plan offers the most comprehensive coverage for your home. Not only do we include treatment for all of the general pests listed above and rodents, this plan includes services for flying insects, as well. If you have problems with asian beetles, boxelder bugs, bees or wasps, this plan is for you! Every Spring and Fall, we will include a perimeter treatment that creates a barrier about one to four feet away from your home and goes all the way up to the roofline. That way, asian beetles, boxelder bugs, bees or wasps that try to make a landing on your home will not become a permanent resident. As always, as long as you continue our services every three months, you have a 365 day year round guarantee. |
